This is a bad review not of the restaurant but of the Fork.  This is supposed to be one of the best restaurants in Arcachon and it is absolutely not that

Had to ask for the wine at least twice, food came out and waiters didn&rsquo;t know who it was for. Happened with both courses ordered.

Nice setting on big outdoor terrace with views of water.  However we waited over 1h for our food because they had so many large parties. Food was ok but parts were cold when we finally got them and portions were small for the price (except the kids meals who &ccedil;a were a good size/deal). Management should never allow for so many reservations if they cannot handle them. Shameful. And we got no offers of complimentary food/drinks or anything to even try to appease our frustrations.
